HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We accept online returns within 20 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To return an item, submit your order number and return details via our Start a Return form. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost or investigate delays exceeding one week.

Full refunds are not available for sale items. All items marked as final sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased during promotional sales (including limited-time offers or special promotions) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
