HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to make a return/exchange, please contact made@foxlilie.studio within 15 days from receiving your item(s). All returns are available for store credit. Our credit can be used at any time and will never expire.

Please note that item(s) must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and returned within 30 days of purchase to be accepted for a return/exchange. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is also recommended that all return packages be insured by the carrier. In the event that a package gets lost or damaged in shipping, Foxlilie is not responsible.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items (including permanent markdowns and promotional sales) are final and cannot be returned for store credit.
