DOMESTIC

• Free shipping for all orders $100 or more! For all other orders, see details for each carrier options below.

• We automatically ship via USPS Priority for a flat rate of $7.50/ package unless specified otherwise at checkout.

• We also offer UPS Standard (about $9/ package) if you would like to select this option at checkout.

• We are a small operation so please allow for 1 to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Typically, fulfillment takes 1-2 business days and shipping is between 2–3 business days. These are estimates only. Please allow for the recommended time (1-2 weeks) to receive your goods as we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

• All orders ship with delivery confirmation which includes tracking info.

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address before placing an order to ensure that your package arrives at the right place. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to reroute.

• We also offer a Local Pick-up option at checkout for customers located in and around the Lyons, Colorado area.

INTERNATIONAL

• International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and can take between 9-14 days to arrive for most countries and sometimes, it can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

• Most international orders include tracking information provided by USPS. It can be helpful to get an update once a package leaves the US as delivery information can change.

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

• International shipping does NOT include insurance.

• We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. 

• Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
